Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Perform routine nursing duties such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, and providing wound care. Assist in medical procedures and examinations. 2. Communication, Coordination and Collaboration: Educate patients and their families on health conditions, post-treatment care, and preventive health measures. Document patient care and treatment accurately in medical records. Coordinate patient care with other departments and services within the hospital. Assist in the discharge planning process to ensure continuity of care. 4.Safety and Compliance: Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols. Ensure compliance with infection control practices and safety standards. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSc. Nursing)/ Diploma-GNM Registration Compulsory Knowledge of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting (preferred). Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
