  • We are committed to curating a team of professionals who possess profound expertise and enthusiasm for guiding Indias affluent and ultra-wealthy individuals in investing within our PMS Structure, always with a steadfast focus on the clients best interests
  • As part of the Business Development Team, you ll drive the first step of our client acquisition journey - connecting with HNIs, building interest in our Portfolio review, PMS offerings, and ensuring seamless handovers to Relationship Managers for deeper engagement
  • What you will work on: Target and identify UHNI prospects ( 5Cr+ net worth profiles such as CXOs, founders, and family offices)
  • Use a personalized, relationship-driven outreach approach Position Dezerv as an exclusive wealth partner through high-value conversations and insights
  • Drive high quality meetings directly with founders, business heads, and team leads
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships through curated content, events, and strategic follow-ups
  • Share prospect insights and support leadership to drive high-quality conversions
  • What we re looking for: Understanding of investment and wealth products (Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, etc)
  • 0-2 years of sales experience
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills Self-driven, motivated, and resilient with a strong execution mindset
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
