We are hiring for one of our client for NPD Engineer ( Injection Moulding_Sheet Metal )_ Automobile sector :
Location: Hosur , Tamil Nadu
Department: Engineering / R&D / NPD
Reports To: NPD Manager / Plant Head
●Lead end-to-end NPD projects from concept to production
●Coordinate with design, tooling, production, quality, and procurement teams
●Manage project timelines, BOMs, and DAP/PPAP documentation
●Interact with customers for specifications and approvals
●Conduct DFMEA/PFMEA and support value engineering
●Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards
●Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, IATF 16949
●Proficient in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA preferred)
●Understanding of manufacturing processes like injection molding, die casting, sheet metal
●Good communication and project coordination skills
