Nondestructive Testing Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Engineer – Civil Structures, located in Bhubaneswar. The NDT Engineer will be responsible for conducting field and laboratory-based tests on concrete and steel structures to evaluate material integrity and structural performance. The role involves performing various nondestructive tests, preparing detailed reports, maintaining testing records, and ensuring compliance with relevant IS codes and quality standards.

• Perform Rebound Hammer Test and Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity Test on concrete structures.
• Conduct Concrete Core Cutting, Extraction, and Testing.
• Carry out Half-Cell Potential Tests, Carbonation Depth, Chloride, and Sulphate Content Tests.
• Assist in structural health assessment, condition surveys, and durability evaluation of civil structures.
• Prepare test reports, calibration records, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with project engineers and clients for site inspection planning and result interpretation.
