Job Description

As a Process Analyst, you will be responsible for handling back-office operations, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives. The role focuses on accuracy, problem-solving, and ensuring smooth business operations without direct voice interaction with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Purchasing, vendor management, data validation, and reporting with high accuracy.
Analyze process performance metrics and highlight areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues within SLAs.
Prepare and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance process efficiency.

Requirements

Graduate (preferred: Business, IT, or related fields).
Strong written communication and documentation skills.
Good analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ticketing/CRM tools.
Prior experience in non-voice/customer support or process analyst roles preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹209,777.42 - ₹650,559.23 per year
