We are hiring for both Part time and Full Time for Non Voice !!

We are hiring for Customer Service Executive for Non Voice process for Noida location !

Salary for Part Time: 13.5 k ctc :- 10.8 k in hand ( 5 hrs of shift and cab facility available in odd hours)

Salary for Full Time: 23 k ctc

Roles and Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer queries through
email, live chat, and other non-voice platforms
.
Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
Understand and follow the companys customer service policies and procedures.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
Maintain a high level of
product or service knowledge
to address customer questions effectively.
Identify patterns in customer issues and report recurring problems to the management.
Strive to meet or exceed individual and team
KPIs/SLAs
, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Any graduates or undergraduates / freshers and experienced can apply .
Candidates must have fluency in English.
