We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant to drive BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to identify top talent, build relationships with clients, and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.
1. Identify and attract top BFSI talent through various channels.

1. 4+ years of recruitment experience in BFSI or related industry.
2. Strong network and understanding of BFSI sector.3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
