Key Responsibilities: - Build and nurture long-term relationships with alumni and current students to foster a strong alumni community - Engage effectively with alumni, donors, faculty, and vendors through professional communication - Plan, coordinate, and execute alumni events and manage projects efficiently - Support fundraising campaigns and engage with donors to secure contributions - Maintain and update the alumni database and use digital media for communication - Manage documentation, correspondence, logistics, and maintain office systems - Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communication with stakeholders - Address operational challenges proactively and adapt to evolving priorities - Guide prospective students through the admissions process, represent the institution at events, and stay updated with admissions trends - Build relationships with educational partners, manage student applications, and support admissions decisions - Analyze data to improve recruitment strategies and identify enrollment trends Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters Degree in any discipline - 5-10 years of relevant experience in alumni relations, communications, or institutional advancement for the Alumni Relations Officer/Lead position - 13 years of relevant administrative experience required for Admin Executives - 2-7 years of relevant experience in admissions, counseling, or student recruitment for Admissions Executives/Lead/Officers/Counselors Additional Details: Interested candidates can apply on or before 17th October 2025 by sending their updated resume to career-coll@presidency.edu.in.
