Technical & Domain Specific Trainers Required

As a Technical / Domain Trainer for MERN Stack, Software Testing (Selenium), and Python (Flask, Quixote), you will be responsible for conducting intensive short-term training programs for pre-final and final year students preparing for campus placements. Your key responsibilities will include delivering hands-on sessions in the specified domains, preparing industry-aligned content and assignments, mentoring students on technical interview preparation, and collaborating with the placement team to ensure high-quality outcomes and student readiness. You will also be expected to share insights into industry best practices, real-world project scenarios, and emerging technologies. To excel in this role, you must possess strong expertise in at least one of the following domains - MERN Stack Development, Software Testing (Selenium), or Python with Flask/Quixote. Prior experience in technical training, mentoring, or corporate workshops, especially in a placement-oriented context, is preferred. Your ability to design and deliver short-term, high-impact training modules, coupled with excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills, will be crucial. Engaging students through interactive, practice-driven sessions is essential for the success of the training programs. Ideal candidates for this position should have a minimum of 7+ years of relevant industry and/or training experience. Educational background in Computer Science, IT, or related fields is preferred, though not mandatory if you have strong training experience in the relevant domain.
