Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Screening
: Source candidates for non-IT and BPO roles using job boards, social media, recruitment platforms, and employee referrals.
Job Postings
: Create and post job advertisements for various roles across multiple platforms.
Candidate Screening
: Conduct initial resume screening, telephonic interviews, and shortlisting candidates based on qualifications and experience.
Interview Coordination
: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth process for both candidates and the recruitment team.
Candidate Evaluation
: Assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
Offer Negotiation
: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms, and handle any queries regarding salary, benefits, etc.
Documentation & Reporting
: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate status, feedback, and placement details.
Onboarding Support
: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition from offer acceptance to joining.
Client Interaction
: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, job specifications, and to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Employer Branding
: Promote the company's brand and reputation in the job market, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
