Job Description

Role & responsibilities Handle End-to-End Recruitment Cycle. Sourcing, Screening Profiles preliminary discussion, scheduling interviews, coordinating with the candidates, salary negotiation, Reference Check, offer process, pre/post offer follow-up, on-boarding process, and documentation. Sourcing, Screening, and short listing the profiles as per the skills, domain, Project Suitability. Provided proper feedback to the candidates post their interview. Responsible for salary negotiation and explaining about pay structure, benefits etc. Follow-up on regular intervals with the candidates till they join. Preferred candidate profile Willing for contract role Perks and benefits
