Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Understand hiring requirements for various non-technical roles such as sales, marketing, manufacturing , finance, operations, admin, customer service, and more.
Create and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and internal systems.
Source candidates using multiple channels: job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and campus recruitment.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct assessment rounds when required (aptitude, communication, role-specific tests).
Maintain candidate pipelines and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Conduct background checks and verify candidate information when needed.
Manage the offer process: salary negotiation, offer release, and follow-up until joining.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and departmental heads.
Track and report hiring metrics like TAT, pipeline status, and onboarding numbers.
Participate in job fairs, walk-ins, or bulk hiring drives when required.
Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices in recruitment.
