Role Overview:

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Understand hiring requirements by collaborating with department heads.
Source potential candidates via online platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to hiring managers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update recruitment reports, dashboards, and ATS data.
Assist in onboarding processes and documentation when needed.
Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and other talent acquisition initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
13 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in EdTech or related sectors).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with EdTech hiring landscape and academic profiles.
Experience working with ATS platforms.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
