We're Hiring: Non-IT Recruiter Location: Aundh Pune Experience: 6 months – 1 year Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle hiring for non-IT roles Source candidates via job portals, referrals & social media Coordinate with department heads & schedule interviews Maintain hiring trackers and reports Ensure a smooth candidate experience What We Need: 6 months–1 year experience in non-IT recruitment Strong communication & coordination skills Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, Excel & ATS tools Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR is a plus) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Recruiting: 1 year (Required) Language: Marathi (Required) English (Required) Work Location: In person
