Role Overview:

The Non-IT Recruiter is responsible for end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across domains such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Admin, Supply Chain, Customer Support, and more. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures as per business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    full-cycle recruitment

    for non-IT roles across multiple levels.
  • Source candidates through

    Naukri, job portals, references, and internal databases

    .
  • Screen resumes based on job fitment, communication, stability, and domain knowledge.
  • Conduct initial telephonic rounds and shortlist relevant profiles.
  • Coordinate interviews (telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face).
  • Maintain strong coordination with hiring managers and understand manpower needs.
  • Share daily/weekly MIS reports and maintain updated trackers.
  • Manage offer negotiation, rollout, and follow-ups till onboarding.
  • Participate in hiring drives, mass recruitment, and walk-ins when required.
  • Build talent pipelines for recurring roles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in

    non-IT/volume/recruitment consulting

    .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills & client management skill.
  • Good understanding of roles such as Sales, HR, Finance, Admin, Operations, insurance etc.
  • Ability to manage bulk hiring and multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing tools.

Note- Consultancy Exp is must, - should have Client coordination exp.
