Walk-In Interview Non-IT Recruiter (Freshers | Female Candidates Only)Date:

We are hiring enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Non-IT Recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
Review and screen resumes to shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates qualifications, interest, and fitment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, applications, and interview schedules.

Who Can Apply:

Fresh graduates with a degree in
BA, B.Com, BE, or MBA
(2024 & 2025 pass-outs only)
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
