Communicate with candidates regarding employer information and benefits during the screening process after obtaining their consent to process their resume for the job.

Conduct phone interviews with candidates based on required parameters before recommending candidate profiles to the account manager.

Share vacancy details with candidates before sharing profiles with the account manager and follow up for acknowledgement.

Ensure delivery of assignments with quality resumes within set TAT.

Schedule interviews of shortlisted candidates upon receipt of client feedback on resumes shared.

Share interview details with candidates and interview schedules with the account manager upon confirmation, as per client availability. Maintain constant interview follow-ups and rapport with candidates to ensure attendance as scheduled.

Perform reference and background checks as required.

Upon selection of a candidate, follow up on required documents for further processing as per client requirements, negotiate offers if required by the client, and maintain a relationship with the candidate until joining, taking regular feedback even after joining.

Prepare MIS reports as per company requirements.
