Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT/ FMCD clients, Consumer clients
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and headhunting
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes
Maintain a candidate database and recruitment reports

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in Non-IT recruitment (Mobiles sales hiring experience mandatory)
Strong knowledge of various sourcing channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively
Good understanding of recruitment metrics and best practices
Salary - 25K 30K NTH
