As a Recruiter – Delivery Operations, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and supporting delivery executives for multiple client projects. This role requires strong communication, field coordination, and follow-up skills. Key Responsibilities Source candidates for delivery executive roles via field visits, referrals, WhatsApp, and job platforms. Guide candidates on job requirements, documents needed (DL, Aadhar, PAN), and onboarding process. Collect and verify candidate details and share them with the backend operations team. Maintain follow-up with candidates till successful joining. Report daily recruitment performance to the city lead or team manager. Coordinate with field teams during job drives or recruitment events. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic knowledge of delivery operations and logistics (preferred). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Problem-solving attitude with the ability to manage teams effectively
