Hiring for Non IT Recruiter - Noida -Work from Office Experience - 0.3 to 2 Years Looking for Immediate to 15 days. Understand Job Requirements: Collaborate with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of non-technical roles. Source Candidates: Utilize various channels like job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals to find qualified candidates. Screen Applications: Review resumes and applications to assess suitability for open positions. Conduct Initial Interviews: Perform phone or video interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage Candidate Pipeline: Maintain and track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process. Schedule Interviews: Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Provide Candidate Feedback: Communicate interview outcomes and constructive feedback to candidates. Negotiate Offers: Facilitate salary and benefits negotiations between the company and chosen candidates. Onboarding Support: Assist with the initial stages of candidate onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition. Build Talent Pool: Proactively network and build a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
