Job Description

Role: Recruiter - (6 month's contract - may get extended basis on requirement) Exp:2+ Yrs Location: Ahmedabad or Mumbai (Work from Office) Needed Immediate joiners Job description Roles and Responsibilities Must have Min 2+ years experience working as a Recruiter in Non IT/ Manufacturing Should be able to understand Job Description and identify candidates accordingly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Searching for candidates from recruitment portal database/Headhunting/ Social Networking. Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Sourcing the candidates, screening them, Interview coordination, rate negotiation and hand-holding all the way till closure. Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status, Strong English communication that influence candidate. Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets. Source top talent through various channels such as job boards i.e. Naukri, LinkedIn, etc, employee referrals, and networking events. Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions. Coordinate interviews between clients and potential candidates, ensuring a smooth interview process. Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, communicating with hiring managers, and following up on offers extended. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment status and suggest improvements to the recruitment strategy.
