Job Description

Position: Node.js Backend Developer
Location: On SIte/ Remote (occasional in-clinic reporting if required)
Job Type: Full Time/ Project-based / Freelance

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Node.js Developer to manage the backend development of a large-scale project. The role requires end-to-end ownership of API development, database management, server-side logic, and deployment. The candidate should have a proven history of successful project launches and the ability to work under strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain scalable APIs and backend services using Node.js.
Design and manage databases (MongoDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL).
Handle server setup, deployment, and hosting on cloud platforms.
Ensure backend integration with the frontend (React/FlutterFlow).
Optimize performance, security, and scalability of the application.
Troubleshoot issues and deliver within set deadlines.
Collaborate remotely with frontend developers and the project team.

Requirements

Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js (or similar frameworks).
Experience with REST APIs / GraphQL design and integration.
Proficiency in working with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS, Firebase, Vercel, Netlify, or similar).
Hands-on experience in deploying projects (must share portfolio/live links).
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and independent working skills.
Deadline-driven and reliable.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of TypeScript.
Experience with microservices architecture.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of security best practices in backend development.
