Node.js Backend Developer

You should have 2-6 years of experience and be located in Kolkata. As a Developer, your key responsibilities will include writing clean, scalable, and efficient code to develop and maintain enterprise applications based on business requirements. You will actively participate in design and architecture discussions, document application design and processes, perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure software quality, and debug and resolve application issues. Additionally, you will be involved in peer reviews, continuous integration and deployment processes, and collaborate with senior developers and architects to follow best practices and design patterns. Working closely with project leads, business analysts, and QA testers, you will provide regular updates on progress and issues to project managers and stakeholders. Your skill set should include strong proficiency in JavaScript and Typescript, knowledge of Node.js frameworks such as Express JS and Nest JS, experience in designing and developing Node.js services/REST APIs, and a strong understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles. You should also have experience in building robust, scalable backend systems for B2C web applications, knowledge of microservices, and experience with messaging platforms like Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Event Hub. Understanding OOPs and event-driven system design methodologies, working with relational databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Redis are essential. Integration experience with SSO and oAuth identity providers, basic understanding of HTTP and web workings, and experience with cloud providers like Azure and AWS are required. Familiarity with agile development practices, version control systems like Git and SVN, and building and deploying applications for zero downtime upgrades are also necessary. Preferred certifications include AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals and AZ-204: Azure Developer Associate for those with 3+ years of experience. Education qualification required is BTech/BE/MTech.,
