Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage NOC analysts during the shift.
Monitor alerts and emails via ServiceNow and take appropriate action.
Triage and escalate critical incidents (P1/P2) to L2/SMEs.
Coordinate major incident bridges and provide real-time updates.
Ensure incidents are logged, updated, and resolved within SLA/OLA.
Maintain shift reports, escalation contacts, and site documentation.
Ensure compliance with ITSM processes and company policies.
Guide and mentor team members and ensure knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years in NOC.
Strong experience in server/network infrastructure support.
Proficient in tools: ServiceNow, Splunk, SolarWinds, Zabbix.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and incident management skills.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and shift operations.
