Job Description

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

Triage Troubleshoot and fix the issues
Knowledge of ITIL process and excellent knowledge of ITSM tools ( ticketing tools )
Perform analysis of the functionality of software applications and suggest significant improvements.
Offer software application support under the supervision of the senior engineer
Consult skillfully with the team of software development, clients, and internal users to improve application performance.
Ensure very effective back-end and front-end functionality of all applications.
Establishing the main causes of application errors while escalating serious concerns to the Senior engineer.
Documenting processes proficiently and continuously monitoring the application performance metrics.
Provide extensive front-end support to all colleagues and clients of other departments.
Efficiently manage coordination at both local and international levels, whenever and wherever required.
. Troubleshooting and fixing the issues
Demonstrable experience as an application support engineer or any other related field.
Bachelor degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, information technology, computer engineering, or anything similar.
Must be capable of managing code migration, monitoring performance, and documenting all configuration changes.
Significantly advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and skillfully repairing them.
