Key Responsibilities

• Monitor alerts and tickets generated from monitoring tools to identify and resolve issues related to

  Windows servers

  and

  network devices

  .
• Perform

  initial triage and diagnosis

  of incidents/service requests, escalating to Level 2 when required.
• Troubleshoot issues related to

  Windows Server OS

  ,

  Active Directory

  ,

  DNS

  ,

  DHCP

  , and other network services.
• Handle

  network troubleshooting

  (connectivity issues, VLAN configuration, firewall rules).
• Execute

  routine maintenance tasks

  such as

  patch management

  and

  software updates

  .
• Resolve issues from

  backup management tools

  (e.g., Veeam, Datto, Azure Backup).
• Ensure incidents are resolved within

  defined SLAs

  .
• Document incidents, resolutions, and processes in the

  ticketing system

  .
• Collaborate with internal teams (System Admin, Help Desk) to provide seamless support.
  
• Provide

  technical guidance

  and support to end-users and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science

  ,

  Information Technology

  , or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in

  Windows server administration

  and

  network troubleshooting

  .
• Solid knowledge of

  Windows Server 2012/2016/2019

  ,

  Active Directory

  , and

  network fundamentals

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  monitoring tools

  such as

  ConnectWise RMM

  ,

  SolarWinds

  , or similar.
• Strong
