Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer / Performance Marketer with 510 years of proven expertise in the IT field and media agency platform . The candidate should have a strong background in managing and optimizing high-budget digital campaigns, driving measurable ROI, and delivering performance-driven marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital platforms for IT products and services. Manage and scale advertising budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS within agency and IT business models. Conduct market and audience research to identify trends and improve targeting strategies. Implement and manage pixels, tracking codes, GTM setups, and attribution models for accurate performance tracking. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and dashboards ; prepare reports with actionable insights. Negotiate media buying opportunities and ensure cost efficiency using models such as CPM, CPC, CPA . Lead performance strategy and mentor junior marketing team members. Stay updated with the latest ad tech, digital media, and IT industry marketing trends . Hard Skills (Technical and Measurable): Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager . Proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM , and reporting dashboards. Strong knowledge of media research tools, pixels, tracking codes, and attribution models . Proven ability to manage and optimize large advertising budgets . In-depth experience with pricing models (CPM, CPC, CPA) . Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
