This role requires hands-on technical expertise, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 network operations environment. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain VoIP infrastructure and network systems to ensure uptime and performance. Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Asterisk , FreeSWITCH , Vicidial , FusionPBX , and FreePBX systems. Handle SIP trunking , call routing, DID management, and dial plan configurations. Identify and resolve call quality issues, latency, and network-level VoIP problems. Manage server performance, security patches, and system backups.
