Document incidents and communicate regular updates to stakeholders while preparing performance and incident reports.
Maintain and configure network monitoring systems, ensuring proactive identification and resolution of potential issues.
Adhere to ITIL and operational protocols while continuously seeking improvements in network operations.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment.
Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, Cisco) and technical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, on-site work environment in India with a flexible shift schedule.
Excellent communication skills with a proven track record in incident management and documentation.

Preferred

Professional certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent.
Experience with ITIL frameworks and modern network management tools.
