NOC Engineer

Role Overview: As a NOC Engineer at Bankai Group, you will be responsible for resolving issues related to servers, networks, and telecommunications. Your role will involve troubleshooting and monitoring to ensure smooth operations. You will also handle ILD customer complaints and work on performance analysis of various protocols. Key Responsibilities: - Resolving issues related to servers, networks, and telecommunications by consistent troubleshooting and monitoring - Handling ILD customer complaint issues such as ASR, ACD, Call failure, calling card Call Failure, FAS, no RBT, mute call, NLD/ILD roaming call failure, CLI issue, one-way audio etc. - Checking Carrier wise performance Report, IP report & Band Width Utilization Report - Coordinating with different carriers for new interconnections or active carriers - Monitoring Soft Switch and taking corrective actions - Analyzing Hardware/Software related alarms in coordination with Vendors and resolving issues - Daily analysis of ASR & ACD - Experience in various Protocols like SS7, SIP, SIGTRAN & H.323 to diagnose call failures - Handling performance-based issues such as low ASR, low ACD, high PDD, and blocked circuits Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters or Diploma in any field Note: Bankai Group is an equal opportunity employer that values its people and ensures a good work-life balance.
