Job Description

About the Role:


You’ll be Responsible for?

  • 24x7 proactive monitoring of platforms using tools like SolarWinds, Grafana, Nagios, ELK and Netdata .
  • Configuring the alerts for infrastructure, applications and databases.
  • Incident tracking and handling via tools like JIRA or Freshdesk.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate based on severity and defined SLAs.
  • Initiate/Participate in bridge calls for critical incidents and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Support in root cause analysis post-resolution.
  • Assist with release/change management communication and downtime notifications.
  • Document known errors in KEDB and maintain ticket hygiene


You’d have?

  • Strong knowledge on monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Grafana, Nagios).
  • Strong communication and incident coordination skills.
  • Experience in Linux environments, DB (MySQL/Postgres/AeroSpike) and Queuing Systems (RabbitMQ/Nats)
  • Good understanding of IT & Networks - TCP/IP, DNS, LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls.
  • Awareness of ITIL concepts.
  • Basics of scripting languages (Shell/Python).


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • ITIL Foundation or Intermediate Certification preferred.
