About the Role:

Night Shift Administration and Welfare Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage transport operations, vendor coordination, route planning, and compliance with safety standards.
Ensure safe pick-up and drop-off for all employees, especially female staff.
Oversee meal management: daily opt-in collection, coordination with food vendors, timely delivery, hygiene, and payment reconciliation.
Supervise night-time facilities including security, housekeeping, and vendor services.
Handle employee welfare tasks, resolve minor administrative issues, and act as escalation point for operational concerns.
Monitor costs, analyze efficiency, and prepare regular reports for management.
Lead and coordinate teams to ensure seamless transport, meal, and facility operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:
2+ years in
Fleet Management, Logistics, Administration, or Night-Shift Operations
, preferably in a BPO environment. Experience in
meal and vendor management
is a plus.
Skills:
Strong in
transport & vendor management, routing tools, meal coordination, reporting, and team leadership
.
Knowledge:
Understanding of
employee safety, transport/facility compliance, and food hygiene standards
.
Attributes:
Leadership, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
