Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design and deploy end-to-end IT infrastructure for ~450 office users.
Install and manage on-premise Windows servers and configure remote desktop access.
Set up and maintain LAN/WAN, enterprise-grade Wi-Fi, and firewall systems.
Implement VPNs, enforce role-based access control (RBAC), and manage endpoint security.
Ensure 99.9% system/network uptime and proactively resolve issues.
Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and access policies.
Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Ops, Leadership) to align infrastructure with business goals.
Stay updated with industry best practices in network architecture and IT security.
