Lead It Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and deploy end-to-end It infrastructure for in-office operations.

• Install and manage on-premise Windows-based servers and configure remote desktop access.

• Set up and maintain Lan/Wan, enterprise-grade Wi-Fi networks, and firewalls.

• Implement and manage Vpn  solutions for secure remote access.

• Enforce role-based access controls and It security protocols.

• Monitor performance and ensure 99.9% uptime for core systems.

• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations and policies.

• Collaborate with Operations, Hr, and Leadership teams to meet organizational needs.

• Stay updated on latest network architecture, security, and It governance best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 4 years

• Hands-on expertise in:

  • Windows Server setup & remote desktop configuration

  • Lan/Wan, firewalls, Vpns, Wi-Fi, endpoint security

  • Role-based access control and system-level security

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Certifications:

• CompTia Network+ / Security+

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (ccna)

• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server / Azure Administrator Associate

Performance Expectations

• 6090 days

• 99.9% system uptime

• Implement secure remote access protocols within standards.

• 3 weeks

• Ensure timely issue resolution within agreed Slas.
