Night Manager

Position: Night Manager / Night Supervisor
Location: Tirupur, Tamil Nadu
Hospital: Sree Saran Medical Centre – 200-bedded NABH-accredited Multi-Specialty Hospital

Qualifications

Any graduate degree (preferably in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field).

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospital operations, ward management, or administrative supervision.

Strong knowledge of hospital protocols, patient flow, admission/discharge processes, and emergency handling.

Good communication skills in English and Tamil.

Ability to coordinate with doctors, nurses, security, housekeeping, and other departments.

Ability to handle patient grievances, staff issues, and night-time operational challenges independently.

Basic computer knowledge: MS Office, HIS/HMS software.

Should have leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to take quick decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee entire hospital operations during night shift.

Monitor ICU, ER, wards, pharmacy, and support departments.

Ensure proper admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.

Handle patient and attender concerns immediately.

Ensure all departments follow NABH standards and safety protocols.

Coordinating with consultants on call.

Incident reporting, emergency response, and escalation when required.

Maintain shift report and handover to morning team.

Check attendance, staff availability, and assign duties if required.

Ensure security, housekeeping, and facility functions are running smoothly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,609.12 - ₹27,486.89 per month
