Night Manager

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the overall operations of the property during night hours, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and smooth functioning across departments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for late-night guest needs, requests, and escalations, providing prompt and courteous service.
• Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment throughout the night.
• Monitor guest check-ins and check-outs, process payments, and handle reservation issues using the property management system (PMS).
• Conduct night audits, reconcile daily revenue, and generate necessary reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with property policies, health and safety standards, and emergency procedures.
• Communicate effectively with the day team to ensure smooth handover and continuity of service.
• Train and supervise any night shift staff, ensuring performance standards are maintained.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably in a front office or night shift supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) and basic accounting procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
