We’re looking for a research-oriented and communication-savvy individual to join our team. As an NGO Outreach & Communication Assistant, your primary focus will be on identifying credible NGOs and building strong, trust-based communication with them throughout their journey with Nijo Plus. Key Responsibilities • Conduct in-depth research to identify credible and active NGOs across India • Analyze NGO credibility based on factors like registration, impact reports, and cause relevance • Reach out to NGOs via phone calls, emails, and messages to introduce the Nijo Plus platform • Maintain organized records of NGO data, responses, and onboarding status • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely communication with NGOs • Support NGOs post-onboarding by answering queries and helping them maximize their visibility on Nijo Plus Skills Required • Strong research skills and attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English • Ability to build rapport and trust over calls and email • Comfortable using spreadsheets, email tools. • Self-motivated and proactive with a problem-solving attitude About the Company Purani Dili Talkies (PDT) is a leading production house based in Noida.
