Client Coordination & Sales • Coordinate with potential buyers and clients, answer queries, and provide virtual/in-person property tours. • Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and assist them in the decision-making process. • Work closely with real estate agents to facilitate smooth transactions. • Close deals and earn attractive incentives on successful conversions. Requirements: • Proven experience as an anchor, presenter, or host (real estate experience is a plus). • Strong on-camera presence with excellent verbal communication skills. • Basic to intermediate video editing skills (experience with software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut is preferred). • Ability to explain real estate concepts in a simple and engaging manner. • Excellent people skills to interact with potential buyers and close deals. • Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus). • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and media.
