Job Description: Video Anchor (Real Estate) Position: Video Anchor & Sales Coordinator Location: Noida Company: PDT Industry: Real Estate & Media Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Video Anchor who can not only present engaging real estate content but also edit videos, coordinate with clients, and help close deals. This is a high-impact role where you will be the face of our real estate content while also playing a key role in client interactions and sales. Attractive incentives will be offered for successful deal closures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Video Anchoring & Content Creation • Host real estate videos including property walkthroughs, project updates, and market insights. • Engage with the audience by delivering compelling narratives about properties and lifestyle benefits. • Conduct interviews with developers, architects, and industry experts. • Research and script preparation to ensure high-quality and informative content. 2. Video Editing & Social Media Management • Edit videos for social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). • Ensure high production quality with smooth transitions, captions, and engaging visuals. • Manage video uploads, SEO, and audience engagement on digital platforms. 3. Client Coordination & Sales • Coordinate with potential buyers and clients, answer queries, and provide virtual/in-person property tours. • Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and assist them in the decision-making process. • Work closely with real estate agents to facilitate smooth transactions. • Close deals and earn attractive incentives on successful conversions. Requirements: • Proven experience as an anchor, presenter, or host (real estate experience is a plus). • Strong on-camera presence with excellent verbal communication skills. • Basic to intermediate video editing skills (experience with software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut is preferred). • Ability to explain real estate concepts in a simple and engaging manner. • Excellent people skills to interact with potential buyers and close deals. • Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus). • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and media.
