Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Next.js Developer & Growth Hacker. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing OneTap’s web applications using Next.js to deliver exceptional user experiences. Daily tasks include coding, debugging, implementing responsive designs, and ensuring cross-platform compatibility. As a Growth Hacker, you will identify and execute innovative strategies to drive user acquisition, enhance user retention, and improve key metrics. Collaboration with the product, design, and marketing teams will be key to align technical development with growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Next.js development, React, and JavaScript for building scalable applications.
• Experience with front-end development tools, responsive design principles, and UI/UX optimization.
• Understanding of API integration, backend services, and database management.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, A/B testing, and performance metrics for growth targeting.
• Ability to develop and execute creative strategies for user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tactics such as SEO, SEM, and social media advertising is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, collaboration ability, and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
