Next.js and React.js Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain modern, scalable web applications using Next.js, React.js, and supporting technologies.
• Lead frontend development initiatives, driving the project lifecycle from planning and design to deployment and optimization.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to deliver visually appealing, responsive, and performant web experiences.
• Implement server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and API integrations using Next.js best practices.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility compliance, and adherence to modern web standards.
• Mentor and support junior frontend developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring and integrating emerging frontend technologies and frameworks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development, primarily using Next.js and React.js.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, along with frontend state management tools (Redux, Context API, or similar).
• Experience with frontend build tools and workflows such as Git, Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and integration between frontend and backend services.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for creating performant, accessible, and user-focused digital experiences.
