Description
As a Next.js Developer with 4+ years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain modern web applications using Next.js and React.js. You will need to implement SSR and SSG techniques for optimized performance and SEO, work closely with UI/UX teams to deliver responsive designs, and build and integrate RESTful APIs / GraphQL for frontend-backend communication. Your role will also involve ensuring cross-browser compatibility, debugging and resolving issues, writing clean and maintainable code, and collaborating in Agile/Scrum teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain modern web applications using Next.js and React.js. - Implement SSR and SSG techniques for optimized performance and SEO. - Work closely with UI/UX teams to deliver responsive designs. - Build and integrate RESTful APIs / GraphQL for frontend-backend communication. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design. - Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production and development environments. - Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices. - Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams and participate in code reviews and testing. Required Skills: - Strong proficiency in Next.js, React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript. - Deep understanding of SSR and SSG. - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and Material UI. - Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, or similar). - Familiarity with React hooks (useState, useEffect, useContext, etc.). - Experience in integrating and consuming RESTful APIs / GraphQL. - Knowledge of code splitting, lazy loading, and performance optimization. - Understanding of SEO best practices in Next.js applications. - Experience with Jest and React Testing Library for unit and integration testing. Good to Have (Optional): - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment on platforms like Vercel, Netlify, AWS, or Azure. - Experience in authentication/authorization with Next.js (JWT, cookies, OAuth). - Familiarity with Micro-frontend architecture. Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 4+ years of hands-on experience in React.js/Next.js development.
