We are seeking a skilled Nexthink Specialist to join our IT operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, managing, and optimizing the Nexthink platform to enhance end-user experience and IT service management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze digital employee experience data, generate actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy, configure, and maintain the Nexthink platform across the organization.
Monitor and analyze end-user experience metrics using Nexthink dashboards and reports.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify and resolve user experience issues.
Develop custom dashboards, reports, and alerts to support proactive IT operations.
Provide technical support and training to internal teams regarding Nexthink functionalities.
Stay updated with the latest Nexthink features and best practices.
Document processes, procedures, and configurations related to Nexthink administration.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in administering or using Nexthink or similar digital experience monitoring tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Nexthink, ITIL) are a plus.
