Job Description: NSO (New Store Opening) Manager

Job Type: Full-time

This Pharma company is a leading and rapidly growing retail pharmacy chain dedicated to providing high-quality pharmaceutical products and exceptional customer service. As we expand our network of stores, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive NSO (New Store Opening) Manager to oversee the successful launch of our new locations.

Position Summary:

The NSO (New Store Opening) Manager is a pivotal role responsible for the end-to-end management of all new store openings. This individual will be the single point of contact for all new store projects, ensuring that each new pharmacy opens on time, within budget, and in full compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires excellent project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Cross-Functional Coordination:

Act as the central liaison between various departments, including Real Estate, Construction, IT, Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations. Ensure all teams are aligned and delivering their tasks on schedule.

* Operational Readiness: Ensure each new store is fully equipped and ready for operation. This includes coordinating the installation of pharmacy fixtures, shelving, IT systems, and security equipment. Oversee the initial stocking of inventory and merchandising of products.

* Team Handoff and Training: Partner with the Operations team to facilitate a smooth transition of the new store to the permanent store manager and staff. Ensure all initial staff are onboarded and trained on store policies, procedures, and systems.

* Communication:

Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of all new store projects, highlighting potential risks or delays and proposing solutions.

Qualifications:

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on new store openings in the retail sector (pharmacy or grocery is highly preferred).

* Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Strong understanding of retail operations, construction, and vendor management

* Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.

* Willingness to travel frequently to new store locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.05 - ₹60,000.48 per month
