About the Role

New Store Opening Manager

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Develop detailed project plans for new store openings, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, VM, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, Admin).
Ensure store infrastructure, fixtures, and visual merchandising are completed before launch.

Store Setup & Readiness

Oversee installation of equipment, POS systems, and other operational requirements.
Ensure stock availability, display setup, and brand guidelines are met.
Conduct store audits pre-opening to check compliance with company standards.

Launch & Handover

Drive smooth execution of soft launch and grand opening activities.
Ensure operational stability and hand over store operations to the Store Manager.
Monitor performance in the initial weeks and provide post-opening support.
