• Coordinate and support the NSO process from development through project completion
• Manage critical dates for NSO and Onboarding activities
• Interacts with all levels throughout the organization including employees and outside vendors
• Resolve issues with fixture, signage, equipment and/or supplies
• Supports store operating processes and in-store execution
• Develop and maintain high level of knowledge regarding store operational processes and procedures
• Under managerial direction, develop and/or revise new store opening procedures
• Work directly with stores and field management to evaluate processes and seek opportunities for continuous process improvement
• Support or manage other operations projects per Director, Operation Services
• Work on layouts and brand coordination for the layouts.
• Interdepartmental coordination
• Plan and tabulate P&L of the stores
