Our dedicated 20,000 employees optimize the branch, improve operational efficiency and maximize self-service availability for financial institutions and retailers across the globe.The Buyer Analyst will work as part of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) Team and will be involved in the purchasing of material to support from conceptual level through to volume production of New Product Introductions (NPI). The role will include placing, managing and reporting the status of all purchase orders placed per project. A major difference from the volume production buyer role is the element of analysis in understanding the technical aspect of their purchases. NPI has a significant amount of change in a very short period therefore profiling the lead-times of the material, identifying risks and escalating issues in regards to obsolescence of material are key components of the role

Role Summary

• Placement of non-production orders, capital orders and production orders in support of NPI activities.
• The Buyer Analyst will work as part of the Chief Operating Officer team and will be involved in the purchasing of material to support from conceptual level through to volume production of New Product Introductions (NPI).
• The role will include placing, managing and reporting the status of all purchase orders placed per project. A major difference from the volume production buyer role is the element of analysis in understanding the technical aspect of their purchases & Suitable MOQ on Samples to test etc.
• NPI has a significant amount of change in a very short period therefore profiling the lead-times of the material, identifying risks and escalating issues in regards to obsolescence of material are key components of the role.
  

Other Responsibilities Include

• Support of NCR volume manufacturing sites; ERP part set up and initial volume production purchase orders
• Participation in cross-functional project teams as the NPI Materials buyer.
• Daily Clear to Build Updates
  

Basic Qualification

• Any Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree (Prefer from Purchasing / Inventory Management background)
• 5 to 9 years (Relevant experience)
