New Product Development - Printing & Packaging

We are looking for a dynamic NPD professional with strong expertise in printing & packaging development. The ideal candidate will drive concept-to-commercialisation of packaging solutions, coordinate with vendors, evaluate materials, ensure brand consistency, and support innovation across product categories.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new packaging formats, structural designs, and prototypes.Coordinate with printers, converters, suppliers, and internal design teams.Evaluate substrates (paper, boards, tin, rigid boxes, corrugation, etc.) for feasibility and cost.Conduct print trials, colour matching, sampling, and approvals.Ensure packaging meets brand guidelines, functionality, sustainability, and cost targets.Manage BOM, specifications, artworks, and technical documentation.Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of printing technologies (offset, digital, flexo, UV, screen printing).Understanding of finishing techniques (foiling, embossing, debossing, lamination, varnish, die-cutting).Knowledge of packaging materials and structures.Vendor and project management skills.Excellent communication, eye for detail & problem-solving mindset.Experience: 3–8 years in printing/packaging NPDEducation: Packaging Technology / Printing Engineering / Industrial Design / Equivalent
