New Product Development Manager

You will be working as a full-time on-site New Product Development Manager at Krishnas Herbal and Ayurveda in Jodhpur. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the research and development of new Ayurvedic and herbal products. This role involves managing product development projects, ensuring compliance with food science and technology standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to introduce new products to the market. To excel in this role, you should have experience in Research and Development (R&D) within the food industry, possess knowledge of Food Technology and Food Science, demonstrate skills in Project Management, and exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills. Previous experience in the Ayurvedic or herbal product industry would be advantageous.
