What You’ll Do

• Own pipeline:

  Build, qualify, and progress a predictable funnel across Auto, Hospitality, Fashion/Lifestyle, Music/Festivals, and D2C.

• Prospect & partner:

  Warm intros, outbound, partner programs; create co-sell motions with creators, venues, and platforms.

• Pitchcraft:

  Lead creds and chemistry meetings; co-build proposals/SOWs with our Creative Strategist and Producers.

• Price & protect margin:

  Scope right, negotiate hard, and prevent scope creep.

• Forecast like a pro:

  Weekly stage hygiene, velocity tracking, and revenue forecasting.

• Land → Expand:

  Turn project wins into multi-month retainers and multi-property deals.

• Case-study engine:

  Feed the team wins, references, and proof that helps the next close.
  

You’ll Thrive Here If You

2–4 years

• Carry a

  live network

  of brand/CMO/VP-Marketing contacts OR channel partners (festivals, hospitality groups, OEM dealer networks, creator ecosystems).
• Can

  run a room

  : discovery → solutioning → objection handling → close.
• Are fluent in

  numbers

  (margins, rate cards, blended day rates) and

  narrative

  (decks, SOWs, e-mails that get replies).
• Treat CRM hygiene like religion.

Nice-to-Haves

• Relationships in

  music/festivals, auto, or hospitality

  .
• Experience packaging

  content SKUs

  (monthly asset packs, launch sprints, UGC bundles).
• Comfort selling

  strategy + production

  together (not either/or).

Compensation

• Fixed salary (DOE) +

  commission on first-year retainer

  (tiered accelerators) +

  bonus on production wins

  .
• Tools, case-study support, and a strategy/production team that actually shows up.
