Day in the Life Here’s what your day might look like: Screen applicants and schedule interviews across tech, clinical, and sales roles Manage onboarding paperwork for new hires and coordinate their welcome Sync with our CA partner to process salaries, reimbursements, and vendor payouts Draft and circulate policy updates, compliance checklists, or internal announcements Organize a quick employee wellness activity or birthday celebration Update payroll and leave trackers, and respond to HR queries from the team Follow up with vendors or ensure documentation for financial compliance is complete What You’ll Own People Operations & HR Lead recruitment coordination across departments to help us hire A+ talent Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle documentation Maintain and update HR records, leave trackers, and performance logs Drive employee engagement, wellness activities, and feedback loops Support policy rollouts, grievance handling, and internal communication Collaborate with team leads to identify hiring needs and talent gaps Finance & Compliance Coordination Coordinate with external accounting and CA teams for payroll, GST, TDS, and ROC filings Track and process employee reimbursements, vendor payments, and operational expenses Maintain organized records for accounting, audit, and compliance purposes Assist in finance reporting and documentation as required by leadership Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or a related field 0–2 years of experience in HR, people operations, finance coordination, or administration Strong communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills Hands-on with Excel, Google Sheets, and comfortable learning HR or finance tools Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities Startup or fast-paced team experience is a plus What We’re Looking For A proactive team player who thrives in high-velocity, ownership-driven environments Someone who sees recruitment as a strategic function to build world-class teams A people-first thinker who blends empathy with execution A self-starter who can work closely with leadership and drive outcomes A problem solver who can juggle HR, compliance, and operations smartly Career Trajectory If you deliver results, you'll grow fast—just like the company.
